| The standard ZODIAC CH 640 kit comes with all kit parts to build the airframe: The complete kit includes the factory riveted wing spars, pre-formed sheet-metal parts (ribs, skins, etc.), factory-welded parts, landing gear system and wheels, standard fuel system, controls, and all hardware required for assembly. Not included in the airframe kit: firewall-forward powerplant and instruments packages, paint, and upholstery. Manuals included. | |

| The Quick-Build kit includes the same items as the standard airframe kit, however, the Quick-Build Kit reduces the airframe assembly time dramatically (to approx. 750 hours). The fuselage, wings, ailerons and flaps and stabilator are typically assembled on the same jigs as the FAA type-certified CH2000 aircraft. Assembling the aircraft rudder, wing-tip extensions and carbon-fiber cabin-area must still be done; the builder then completes final assembly of all sections and installs gear, brakes, fuel and electrical system, as well as seats, to complete the airframe. | |
